Certn Holdings Inc., founded in 2016 in Victoria, Canada, provides a Human Risk Intelligence Platform that uses machine learning and AI for identity validation, risk decisions, and KYC/AML compliance. This includes criminal record checks, credit reports, driver's abstracts, and employment, education, and credential verification.
Certn holds SOC 2 Type 2 and SOC 3 certification, covering September 2024 through September 2025. Our infrastructure runs on Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services, with data centers in Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. Client data is processed in the region matching the client's location. Each environment is isolated through network segmentation and access controls, with intrusion detection and encryption in transit. Access follows least privilege principles, and employees complete security training annually.
